What if the PQ looks like DVD and the SQ is plain DD or DTS?

They need to Remaster the Picture with at least 4K (like Bladerunner, Godfather, Alien, etc.) and Remaster the Audio with DTS-HD MA.

until Lucas dies and someone with sense in their heads does a proper HD restoration of the original theatrical releases of the original trilogy, I'm not spending another penny on Star Wars.

Actually, I'm hoping someone with sense and higher IQ could just completely remake episodes 1-6.

Eps 4-6 were great, but they are seriously outdated. I mean Darth Vader's chest looks like an old giant PC.

Yes, but it is only AMAZON'S best price, not the best price anywhere. Local places like Frys will drop their price to beat most others and that often means even slightly lower than Amazon and in my hand that day.

That's true, but I rarely see prices lower than amazon, especially if you factor tax into the equation. I might see frys match amazon's pricing, but the nearest one is 30m~1h away depending on traffic - I hate the drive plus I'd have to pay sales tax.

I have 5 within 10 minutes and one is just a few blocks from my work, but yes I'd have to pay tax too. I also have Amazon Prime, so free 2 day shipping plus no tax, so I usually do go the Amazon route now if it is within a few dollars. If I preorder, they guarantee release day delivery and that frequently means a day or two early.

Don't be. It is like a black hole for time and no matter what I go in there for, I end up coming out with 3 other things too I was there yesterday in fact, and they are setting up for the anniversary sale. LOTS of stuff on sale; this sale is actually usually better than the holiday sales.
