I guess we will have to wait another 5 years for the Ultimate Remastered 4K edition, then another 5 yrs for the 8K edition.

Unfortunately, I'm just tired of being George Lucas' beotch. I wish I could be excited, but until Lucas dies and someone with sense in their heads does a proper HD restoration of the original theatrical releases of the original trilogy, I'm not spending another penny on Star Wars.

I still don't know what quality the end product will be. I sure hope they put a lot of work in it. It looks like your getting 1 thru 6. We only have 4 thru 6 on hold.

I wish I could afford all 6 at once. But, I'll check out the Originals 4-6 first. I have to get use to ALL the Comp Anim on 1 thru 3. One reason I like 4-6. Seemed more realistic. I'm sure we'll still get the others anyway, later on.

I'd wait until closer to release, because I am sure the price will drop from that. That is already almost 50% off MSRP price as it is, but everyone and their brother are going to have deals on this just to get the sale. PRICE WARS

I am just wondering if this is the theatrical release or the one with the additional footage to the theatrical. I like the extra footage.
