I found my RP8000 series 2 is outstanding for soundstage, and basically NO distortion - zero in fact! I have them set up for cinema and couldn’t be happier!

LOL definitely not zero distortion. Soundstage is questionable as to how you define that, too.

They look great, I’m using Klipsch icon . And I don’t have the $$ for any type of upgrade unless stuff breaks right now . RP original series went low then back up in price . My tv stand is not deeep enough to fit the center , and not tall enough to put it under the tv .

zero distortion doesn’t seem possible, what’s the average ? Don’t avrs and all amps have some distortion like a few percent , then speakers add more ?

Full data set is available which was done with Klippel NFS. There is also the video review in the link which explains the results more in depth.

Looks way better than my klipsch icon kf-26, but since I’d have to settle for the smaller model even if I had $$ to upgrade I’d have to settle for 6.5” version. Could be years til I can upgrade. I’d expect 3 way for $800 ea off sale .
