Samsung receivers are weak.

My music sounds amazing. But, my blu-rays do not play very loud. My player is a samsung e5700. Any suggestions?

Still playing around with the vtf-2 mk4 to see what I like the best. Right now I currently have 2 ports open Q=.3 and volume at the 9o clock position.

Is your Blu-ray part of your Samsung receiver?

How much hair did you pull out diring the Denon setup?

I actually didnt pull any hair on the setup. I read a lot of the manual before I even it arrived. This is a seperate samsung blu-ray player that is not a receiver. I am using the usb drive for my music.

Some sources can play at different volumes.

When you say "not very loud", where is it on the number scale? Can it play loud enouth to blow you out of the room if you pump it up?

If you're comparing the USB drive to the Blu-ray by those numbers, remember, those numbers really don't corrolate to anything concrete.
