Looks like the measurements are up on this beast:

Compare the measurements of the 2400 to the 1400. While the superior deep bass performance of the 2400 is a given, I would not have expected the 1400 to outperform the 2400 in midbass in burst testing. However, in long term testing, the 2400 is shown to be capable of greater output. The difference looks to me like it is due to amplifier designs, where the ICE modules are great for short term bursts but not for long term power delivery.

I like JTR's stuff, but the one sub of theirs I am interested in above all others is the S1 which is like the only one that hasn't been measured yet.

Every time I look at Data bass... that Rythmik FV18 is just so impressive! Sure these are refrigerators, but dang! :)
