Seriously, I have no life.
A statement by the president or suggestion that the scope of the investigation be changed does not necessarily equal obstruction. Asking a question or suggesting a course of action without follow-through would be really tough to prove. Trump has made lots of very stupid statements, the problem with Mueller suggesting he actually committed obstruction of justice fall short on the fact that he did not follow through on any of the very stupid things that he said.

You just cannot comprehend the legal system. Sen Graham back in 1998 stated you don't even need to commit a crime to be impeached(Clinton impeachment). It is on video. Search for it.
No, he doesn't have to follow through to commit obstruction.
And, he did more than suggest when he ordered people to do his bidding.
When that WH lawyer testifies just be sure to watch. Read chapter two all the 14 instances and the 10 solid case of OOJ.

May want to watch other news outlets besides FOX.

Here you go, not too hard to find that 1998 video clip:

There are a number of others out there by him at that time period, 1998/1999.

If I was the president and going through this investigation I would look for any legal means to end it. Being unhappy about it and voicing contempt for it but allowing it to continue is by definition not obstruction. Trump never did a single thing to stop at the investigation although he definitely wanted to.

Then you too would be obstructing as there is no legal means to end an investigation.

He was more than unhappy, come on.

Correct, he’s not a politician or an attorney and does not understand obstruction. He did however ask attorneys and was told that was something he cannot do. In order to prove obstruction you have to prove intent, asking the question and then choosing not to follow through on a stupid course of action would be pretty tough to prove.

To address the above statement on impeachment, correct impeachment is a political action not a legal one any aspect of convicting of a crime.

Over 220 pages of Mueller‘s report have nothing to do with Russian collusion or obstruction. Why do we need a special counsel from the department of justice to embarrass someone. That by definition is partisan politics, and may even be criminal behavior.

Oh, boy. I guess Trump had his head in the sand all his life not listening to just a bit of political news, especially when he expressed and speculated about running for presidend decades ago.
One followed the other. And it is not collusion but conspiracy; there were hundreds of contacts with Russians by the president candidate Trump staff.
Why all the convictions, for doing nothing? How many Russian military hackers charged?

Please don’t resort to piss poor personal attacks, I’ve read your writing and I believe you are much more intelligent than that. By the way I hate Fox News and never watch it!

Let me boil it down for everybody. While it feels good to vent and we think our own opinions are important these are the facts. No matter what the house does, the Senate will not convict and Trump will not be impeached. The Democrats are going to be stupid enough to run someone on a platform of reparations and free stuff for everyone, and while Americans may be stupid they’re not gonna be dumb enough to vote to elect that person over Trump. If that’s what it comes down to I will not vote for anyone, but I’m praying that someone has some common sense and runs a real candidate against Trump, I’m expecting to be disappointed.

This modern iteration of Democrats have eaten way too many paint chips and Republicans are crying God save the party but don’t have a fucking clue why!

Me too, I’m just upset the Democrats were too stupid to run somebody better than Hillary. I’d be in the streets marching with bells on if the department of justice would break up the Republican and Democratic parties on antitrust laws! Currently the Republicans are left of JFK and the Democrats are somewhere on Pluto. If given the chance to break up into smaller parties that they actually agree with I think this country would be in a much better position.

Edit, add. The Democrats could be broken up into socialists and Democrats. The Republicans could be broken up into conservatives and right wing douche bags (not sure what to call them). Then we could have libertarians in the middle and perhaps a Green Party.

All I did is speculate you may be watching that channel. Certainly not called you names. Perhaps you watch to get their perspective, my thinking went.

She did get 3+ million votes more that the trumpster. It was the electoral college by a very narrow overall vote in 3 states that did the election and I bet the other candidate and low turnout caused this along with the Russian propaganda effort.
Don't forget, the other candidates got 7 million votes.

It’s all good, I just dislike being placed in a box. I will admit that I am very conservative but I’m not sure what the hell Fox News is. I’d like to also think I’m somewhat of a constitutionalist and would like to dip my big toe in the Libertarian party but they’re a bit nuts. Conservatively speaking I’m probably also a social liberal, not that I agree with liberals but quite frankly it’s none of my business how someone else lives. There are a couple things that Trump is doing that I like but I’m a proud American and would like to have someone presidential at the rains. That’s sad it’s about time we do something about China and trade, not that I agree with Trump on what he is doing but at least he is doing something where nobody has done anything before. The same can be said about our southern border and illegal immigration as well as legal immigration, everyone has been talking about it for the last 30 years but neither party has done a damn thing. Lastly there isn’t a single logical argument against the fact that he is improving jobs for low and middle-class Americans of all races, Democrats want to throw rocks but on this point they are absolute fools, please show me a democratically run large city that has thrived under democrats policies, there isn’t one!

Well the electoral college decides the election and not the popular vote, not my fault if she was too stupid to campaign in specific states where she needed the electoral college to win. By the way the very foundation of America is protection for the minority from the majority, we are absolutely not a democracy.

So, obstruction of justice, multiple times, not once, is no longer a felony? Unless one is not a president?
Sure it is. If the Senate behaved in a non-partisan manner, impeachment would already be in process. However, Mueller couched his language to a degree that the GOP figures it can defeat an impeachment vote in the senate and get away with it with the electorate. I'm afraid it will take more than the Mueller report to get him out of office.

Regardless, despite any satisfaction that may be derived from booting him from office, do you think all will be well then? Trump goes where the wind takes him, but Pence is an ideologue, a true believer. And, they've got their majority on the Supreme Court. They're probably praying for Ruth Bader Ginsburg to kick the bucket so that they can lock down their majority for the foreseeable future.

Speaking of the SC, did you catch Clarence Thomas' statement where he links abortion to eugenics? That's some tortured logic...
