On the pre-processor side of the house it's 80% software development. Mc isn't nearly a big enough company to have a deep bench of hard core dev's pounding out C code. Well I guess if they are farming out production of their receivers and pre pros as is indicated they are using other's software like Marantz. At that point then surely only paying for aesthetics then I suppose.
