That sounds like a logic board issue. The core processor of the Integra may be faulty. Since you just purchased the unit I would return it to Integra for another unit. Sad thing is, it might be a while before you can get another one. I would call and ask how long it will be and see if they will let you hold on to yours until they have one available for exchange. For now you could just run your sources directly to the projector, although I'm sure that connectivity on the projector isn't as plentiful.
Sorry to hear you got a bum unit after probably waiting forever to get yours.
I had no idea there was backlog on these units. I simply walked into my local hifi shop the day after Christmas and bought it in about 15 minutes. I never even heard about it or auditioned one. It was kinda like this:
Me: I need a new HT pre-amp processor with HDMI switching so I can enjoy the Blu-Rays on the PS3 the wifey gave me for Christmas.
Sales Guy: You'll love the DTC 9.8. What do you use now?
Me: Adcom.
Him: I think you'll like the Integra just fine. I'm selling the hell out of it for the last 6 weeks. Trust me, if you don't like, bring it back and try the Anthem.
Me:Okay what the hell, do you take a check?......
Rest is history. Then I read all the online reviews and I am pleased I simply purchased a great item on the 1st try.
