Inexpensive speakers

Now I guess I’m looking for a subwoofer.
I’m thinking a passive subwoofer? I mean, that’s what all of the rest are.
Probably a self powered one, right?
Is that the correct term?
One that’s powered on its own with its own wall plug?

Who was that guy that made all those posts about what's best and never actually read anything. He just kept asking over and over. Marcus Oakley I think. Maybe Marcus has a brother.

Yeah that was Marcus Oakley (one of a few names he used here and there). It wasn't that he didn't read the responses, it was just all a fantasy about what gear he had or was going to get....don't know why he did it, could be an autistic thing, hard to know.
