If you are going to sell it, then you should do a reset anyway, so that all the settings will return to factory default conditions. Since you seem so frustrated, hope the simple instructions pasted below help.

" FACTORY DEFAULT: This sets the unit back to the original state as when it left the factory. Press the + button on the front panel or RIGHT arrow button on the remote control to select then press the “ENTER” button on the front panel or on the remote control."

By doing the reset, we can eliminate any setting issues, and may even resolve a potentially possible though rare software glitch. If the issue remains, then your next step should be to return it to get checked and fixed, or a full refund if possible. Then you may want to spend just $800 to get an AVR that should be powerful enough to drive those highly sensitive Klipsch speakers (even if you discount their claimed specs by 6 dB) to hearing damage levels. If not, then you have the option to add a real power amp instead of an integrated.
