After the clerk refunded my money, they told me it would be OK to go ahead and keep the player.

BB was only honoring their '30 day price' guarantee in my dream. Ya know.....since Toshiba is now giving their players away out of desperation, BB was obligated by company policy to offer me and discount to the current price of the player
