I had a pretty decent stereo system a while back, and these speakers came with it.
I basically used the stereo as an amp type thing itself, because i always had it hooked up to my pc via USB.
the stereo part basically died, and i wanna get these speakers working again because they're super loud and i love them.
but am having trouble figuring out how to go about it.
here is the left side speaker so you can get an idea

some specs on the speakers (i dont know if it'll help but here it is)
GIGA-TUBE Low Pass Advanced Labyrinth Aero TUBE Subwoofer Yes
Magnetically Shielded Yes
Type 4-Way, Bass-Reflex
Subwoofer 6-5/16
Woofer 6-5/16
Midrange 2-5/8
Tweeter 13/16
Power Handling Capacity
Subwoofer 180 watts per channel, 6 ohms, 63Hz
Main Speaker 80 watts per channel, 4 ohms, 1kHz
Impedance
Subwoofer 6 ohms
Main Speaker 4 ohms
but the confusing part is they have the exposed wiring where i had to clip them into the stereo.
to make it more confusing there are 4 wires per speaker.
i think the red and black wire controls the normal sound, while the blue and black wires control the subwoofer/base.
So i'd need something that supports all these. thats 8 wires in total.
here is a photo of the wires

i was going to just buy new speakers, but all the decent speakers i found had pretty much the same hookups as these, so i'd still need an amp or some type of way to attack them to my computer.
so i might as well keep these, and just get them working.
I'd really appreciate any help that i can get with this, because i miss my super loud music that makes me whole house shake (i live out in the country so no neighbors to annoy

)
Does anyone know of a good amp/reciever that'll handle all the wires and such. im a total noob. USB connection to computer would be nice. but not required.
thanks much
