So we're at $9750 retail (not including furnishing or sound panels) and at $3975 actual cost. It's all probably worth $20.

spent about another $3500 on furniture + over 600 DVD's + 50 or so BluRay and HD DVD + Almost 200 Xbox 360 games (and can't forget an extensive classic gaming collection including major cosnoles from the last 40 years + games, all working)

God only knows how much all that cost, now I'm depressed, thanks alot!
