Hooray for Logitech/Harmony!!!

My Harmony 880 remote stopped recharging completely for unknown reasons. I called the Harmony tech support and they were not able to help me. They told me to call level II tech support and they were also unable to help me. ( I waited 45 mins on hold ) Received an email from Logitech the next day saying my warranty had expired after 1 year but they would send a replacement anyway. One week later, I received a brand new 880 remote in the mail. Aside from the 45 mins wait for level II support, I could not be any happier with this company.

Hm maybe I should call them about my 880's tough buttons. Play, volume up, 8 and 0 are all hard to press.

I accidentally dropped mine into a pan of water in the sink. Everything but the OK button still worked. I called up Logitech and told them that "for some reason" my OK button wasn't working anymore. They sent me a new one. :D Gotta love that.

I had something similar with a blue tooth logitech mouse. Dropped it and it stopped working. So i call them up and get a new on in the mail. Nice customer service if you ask me.

Yeah, they're customer service seems to be pretty darn good. It's funny because I work for a label company and Logitech is one of my clients. I HATE their buyer!! She is the most annoying, pushy, unreasonable person I have ever dealt with. It makes me want to stay away from Logitech products.
