My Harmony 880 remote stopped recharging completely for unknown reasons. I called the Harmony tech support and they were not able to help me. They told me to call level II tech support and they were also unable to help me. ( I waited 45 mins on hold ) Received an email from Logitech the next day saying my warranty had expired after 1 year but they would send a replacement anyway. One week later, I received a brand new 880 remote in the mail. Aside from the 45 mins wait for level II support, I could not be any happier with this company.
