Highly recommend purchasing an extended warranty with a Hisense. Last TV refresh I really wanted a OLED but was too cheap and bought the TOTL Hisense H9G which was getting all the great reviews. I bought a 4 year extended warranty because of allot of negative reviews about reliability. I got to use that warranty at 3-1/2 years when the TV developed a watermelon size brown spot (burnt backlight) in the middle of the screen. I finally ponied up the cash and bought a LG C4 OLED and have been extremely happy.
Those brands seem to be ok for the coin. I had a few Hisense TV's back in the day. They always had issues, but I didn't have the flagship of the Hisense TV's.
If my memory is right a 65" U6G? Anyways give it to my youngest grandson he uses it with his PS5. It has spot on it also had to unplug about twice a week No picture but would have sound. Only can see it with a full screen of a color yellow or white pops up full screen. Still going though. I had a TCL 55" QM7 really nice DV, poor upscaling on anything below 1080p. Give that one to my Oldest Son, his wife uses it paid 499 + taxes for it.
I'm sure you fellas already know Sony sold to TCL. Plus Sony was getting all their panels from TCL for there LED TVs. LG has China making their panels I think? read that somewheres I think . I believe Samsung is the only one left that make their own panels, not made in China now?
