Well.. I am heading back down to the store today.. Originally they told me that if anything was wrong with the grills they would simply order me a new one..
One of the speakers has a broken peg on the grills (was like that when I bought it). The sales guy told me that he would order me a new one but now he is telling me that he is still trying to get one without me having to pay for it.. What is with this "I might have to pay for a new grill" stuff??

That should be covered under warranty right?? I didn't break it! I was told I would be getting a new one!
Unfortunately nothing was ever written down.. like "Owed one grill" but still, a verbal commitment should be enough for a high end place... I am not going to mention the store's name. but if this doesn't get resolved soon.. I might mention it as a warning to anyone else looking for a Paradigm dealer.
So far I have been happy with the store.. but this is not fair.. The only other problem I had was that the guy originally told me that the speakers were in mint condition. When I got there... there were scratches all over the feet.. Way more then there should be for only being out on display for a couple of weeks (in a high end place). I don't know if that was from transferring or what.. but that is not mint condition...
Oh yeah.. and there was some miscommunication between the manager and the sales guy about a price on one of the items.. but the manager got upset with me thinking that I was trying to change the deal.. whatever.. wasn't that big of a deal..
I will keep you posted...
Any advice?
