Help with Speaker Levels - Marantz SR6012

I am clueless on how to setup my new Receiver with 9 speakers and 2 subwoofers. Any help would be grateful. I have the following setup:

3 Front Speakers
2 Subwoofers
4 Ceiling Speakers
2 Rear Speakers

Trying to get Atmos set-up

I would start with the setup mic and run Audyssey. It’s a good place to start until you know which hairs to split.
