Do you have an audio receiver that may have dual outputs? If not then just check out amazon and choose one with the features you need (4k+HDR, just 1080p, etc).

If you can list the required features I can narrow it down for you.

You need an HDMI switch with more than one output, not a splitter. HDMI is a crap format and it has needs that a simple splitter won't fill when you have more than two places for the signal to go.

Look into a dual output AV receiver, preferably something new- the older ones will never be able to deal with the upcoming changes and I doubt they'll handle what's happening now. Also, you need to know that if the resolution of one display is lower than the other and both are set to receive their native resolution, you'll lose video on one or it may be intermittent, so you'll want to make sure the resolution of both is the same.

If you think I sound jaded, these comments are nowhere near my full opinions on HDMI.
