Help with a Polk LSi15 replacement

Love the mids and the highs from the Polk LSi15 speakers. Lows, not so much. I need a sub to get low end. I use the Emotiva USP-1 bass management and get great sound but need to replace some speakers in the house. Well these are going to be moved and I want to get better speakers for my 2.1/2.0 music system.. Any recommendations for a great speaker for no more than about 800 each? I would even consider book shelves and still use the sub.
No horns please. I have them in my HT set up but don't like them for music.
I am looking at maybe the Kef Q900

Would love to spend less. Just looking for suggestion. I know I need to listen to them but thought I would look here to narrow some thoughts down or maybe a brand that I haven't even thought of.

Call Audiolab and see if they have any of the Revel F12 towers for $1000 since the newer models are out.
