I thought Denon had better investment protection as it can live for many coming years considering its features.
Diamond 9.5 sounded good but not clear and dialogs were not audible, also I am having my doubts, because when I listened to the Diamond 10.7 they sounded boomy and distorted. I do not know if this is from the receiver or the speaker itself or the setup.
Primus sounded great and I noticed the dialogs where extremely clear, but there was no punch. For that price, I think it is a great deal.
Buttom line, I would like to buy a set of speakers where I can enjoy listening to music (mostly rock, alternative, ...) and Movies. Listening at audible/clear/detailed low volumes is important for me as I wouldn't be listening on loud volumes all day long. At the same time loud volumes must maintain its clarity and details.
I dont know if such thing exists even
Looking forward for your comments.
