It was a combination of 2 things: 1) the monitor 50's weren't quite as good as the tsi300's so I felt the infinity's sounded better 2) the ability to return them to newegg was a big plus in recouping some of my money After having them in place for a bit now also, i'd say the infinity's are slightly better than the tsi300's also. So I feel they are the best...which is what I want in the end for my money.
