Split the LFE output from one RCA to two RCAs and send one to each sub. Placement of the subs in a two sub system can be critical to getting the full effect. Be prepared to try different locations for each sub to avoid frequency cancellation or peaks. It may take a few different attempts to get nice, even frequency response throughout the room. A radio shack SPL meter will come in handy for testing the response at each location.
