New entertainment center in, still waiting on the EX

Im pretty stoked about getting all those wires concealed. Even though as you can see I still have a little wire organizing to do yet it is coming along quite nicely. Im happy the house is moving along so well considering I moved in almost 2 months ago and the day after I moved the last load of stuff in I broke my ankle. Not bad for a cripple eh?

The sub should be in on monday so I should be posting pics and my thoughts of the sub by wednesday at the latest. Im going to have get someone from work to help me move that thing since Im still on crutches:D

Little bit of an improvement, huh? :) Very nice. I'm glad that you were able to find that entertainment center that you wanted. I'm looking forward to your impressions of your new sub.

The EX finally came!!!

Well the shiny new sub came in, but it wasnt so shiny. I noticed there is some damage on the back of the sub on the bottom edge. I also noticed that the screws that you use to install the feet were not in the accessories box. Instead they were floating around inside the box with the sub. Judging by the marks on the sub I think they might have gotten lodged between the foam and the sub and damaged it a little bit. The box was a little dinged up so Fedex must have been a little rough with it on the way to get the studs to come out of the accessories box while on the way.

After talking to Scott at Outlaw and sending pics they are giviing me a $100 refund on my sub. I could have sent it back for another one but this one sounds great and the blemishes are completely out of sight. Considering I got an awesome quality sub for $622 shipped to Alaska I think Im a pretty lucky guy right now :D.

I havent done my sub crawl yet, and I might wait till im off the crutches (broken ankle) before I get around to it. However the sub sounds great. I knew I could do a lot better for my home theater by upgrading from the Polk and man was I right. For $120 more than the PRO500 goes for I got a sub that performes as if it should have cost 3 times the price.

Here are the pics of the damage and the sub as it sits for (until I move it some more:D)
