Yeah, walked into a pawn shop to kill some time. Saw it in the box and thought, sure, it’s gonna be covered in finger prints and shmutz but to my super surprise it still had the protective plastic and in factory plastic bags.

It is by Harmony! AFAIK the hub is best used with the app, for phones and multiple users. Haven’t done a deep dive yet. I might get one but it works fine without. So far...
