Happy T-Day everyone!! We are going to have ourselves two Thanksgivings this year. Today we are spending it with my crew from work and then on the 30th with family that is coming down.

Going to have fried turkey for the first time today!!

Deep fried Turkey is delicious! I even had some cajun spices added to the mix which is very risky for me. Anyways, sounds like you are having a very good Thanksgiving. Very happy for you as I know this one is very special.

I have been purposely starving myself thus far today. I'm sure a lot of you folks are about to feel the onset of massive food coma any moment. For me this will happen several hours from now.

I also will have two T-days. Another tomorrow since my brother is presently on ER call.

Just want to add that for the 2nd year the turkey poundage outweighs my little one!

Turkey and extra turkey breasts = 22 pounds
Lauren = 20.5 pounds with a full diaper!
