But according to the dealer, even a few microseconds in propogation can alter the sound so based on this, I can't see how you can have a 2 person sweet spot.

I am a little confused myself. Does the small sweet spot come from coherency being only along a narrow access, or from left-right incoherency (or both)

It looks like the speakers I was considering have sold. Perhaps in another half-decade I will get tempted again (about how long since i was last on the chap of buying a pair) Honestly this ordal has me tired of even thinking about the brand.
