I love grilling and I do it all year around. The only problem with winter grilling though is the BBQ won't heat up enough to sear a steak properly, but cooking chicken or ribs is never a problem:D.
We should have a recipe thread for sharing cooking ideas. I love cooking from all over the map:cool:.
Cheers, Bill:)

We have one. I actually put together a spreadsheet... I'll find the post and bump it.

BTW, I like to boil my ribs in water for about 5 minutes. Then, I soak them in pineapple juice and crushed pineapple for at least 24 hours. Once the grill is ready I then put the ribs on the grill. I later apply lots of BBQ sauce and cook until the bones literally pull apart from the meat. Talking about some damn good ribs. Cheers,
Phil
I tried this recipe today speakerman39:). I soaked them for around 30 hours. This recipe is delicious:). The pineapple juice makes the ribs nice and tender and the flavour it adds is not overpowering at all, it balances the flavours really nicely. It is low maintenance and very tasty. Thanks again! BTW I ate the ribs with some french fries and a cold beer. Here is a pic of them cookin` on the BBQ.

Ever try cooking them in a pan with beer? Under low heat for 3 hours of so. Then for the last 15 minutes of so on the grill. :D

This is how my mom makes them, but she uses water:eek: instead of beer and adds some chopped onion to the mix. She braises them in the oven at 325 for 3 hours then apply's the BBQ sauce. Great idea about the beer mazer, I bet that adds a whack of flavour:cool:.

I cook my ribs slowly for about 8 hours with coke and beer. Then I cook them slow on 1 side of the grill with the heat on the other side so they are not on direct heat for 1 hour on low and its the best I've ever had......:D
