It's full HDMI, HD audio, all accessories, cables, original packing, etc. It even has a warranty left until December 2011! This has the full metal polished faceplate, not the plastic of 21TXH. Photos show lots of smudges and glare from flash, not marks, other than the one to the left of the power button. The remote also has a dent to the left of the power button. The unit fully functions.
