It's amazing how messed up things have become. Can you imagine negotiating contracts with the very same union who just so happens to own a huge piece of your competitors? The conflicts in interest are beyond crazy....

All lies! Unions didn't ruin them! Obama single-handedly destroyed GM and Chrysler! He was responsible for it all, including GM's brand redundancy for 30+ years and Chyrsler's years-long red-ink status during the energy crisis in the 70s! He's just that evil.

American car companies have been slowly going out of business for 30 years. The reason I and others don't purchase American models? We don't like them.

It's not a price thing. It's a quality and styling issue.

If the latest Malibu is the best GM has to offer in a mainstream sedan, they are royally screwed.

I have seen the new Taurus and it is a very competent car. Also the 2010 Buick LaCrosse would get me to look. But LaCrosse, really? (as in a name of a vehicle).
