I want to punch people like that sometimes.. but really, I just feel sorry for them.

It's part of growing-up life. This is one of the ways to learn that life isn't that easy.

I want to punch people most days. Most of the people I want to punch are those encased in moving metal objects, or cars. I live in a decent size city so that means there is always a significant amount of stupid driving. As it gets colder, even with out snow and ice, people drive increasingly slower and staggeringly more stupid. I don't know why, but every driver seems to think that their lives are much more important than the other people on the road, and we should all just bend to the will of the stupid driver. Now it is OK if one wants to be stupid, but please do it at home on Gran Turismo.

You can't drive stupid in gran tursimo. It's so life like you'll just end up in the sand. EA driving games are better for that.

I get moments like this at work all the time. I work with a stupid slut from surrey, and a raytard that can barely form a sentence.

This stupid whore decided to get into a big arguement with me over how to contract the common cold, saying it came from physical coldness. After nearly choking her I had to deal with "batman" (read: raytard) honking every stinking horn on every car he drives (we're valets). Combine this with a 4'10inch filipino guy nicknamed "cat poop" and you have a work environment fit for hell.

Up until sometime in the 1970's the term "retarded" was the common term for just about any deficiency or dereliction. We now know that there is a multitude of reasons why people act the way they act, are the way they are, or say the things they say...even you. To bunch them altogether as one sum total of people is to serve a huge injustice upon them. It is to disrespect them. Take the information (and suggestion) as you like. And thank you for for correcting your wording.

I understand that you think it's wrong to use that term, but that does not make it universally disrespectful. It is a slang term used to describe a real medical condition. Would you use it to describe someone that fits the definition, or would you rather say they're "special"?

My response would have been to not get angry and just mention back with a almost zen-like demeanor. "It still doesn't change the fact that nobody gives a crap."

I was really good at brushing off insults back in school.....the real fun is tricking the person into insulting themselves. Remeber, when you get pissed off, the other person already won, since that just proved they have emotional control over you.
