Out of the three Sony seems to be the better one, but if you step into the yamaha V685 or V6A, both will be better than the Sony which you have posted.

The Denon S series isn't even a comparable model to the others

I kinda wish ida bought two Onkyo 818s years ago I’ll never get something that good for under $700 again .

I could had bought hell of a amplifier if it wasn’t for crooked government, I don’t file any taxes no job in last few years , so I lost $1800 in stimulus checks ... greedy sobs don’t help the poor ever , they ruined the job market so I cannot find anything.. siting

Yeah I’m pretty shocked how much higher priced good amps are now , 6-7 years ago I got Onkyo 818 under $700 . Now I could only dream of a good 7.2 for that price ..
any sites have sales ?often enough?

This only cheap model , waiting for a sale or something. It’s junk compared to the Onkyo tho not sure if it’s worth it .

How do you find good quality used ones ?
I’m worried I’ll buy another faulty unit like the Yamaha .

Or better off saving until I can get something new of decent quality ..
My current receiver I’m using downstairs is probably going to die eventually I’d think if it does not produce bass . Or surround sound anymore , everything goes to center .

I found a decent deal but I don’t know if I want another Onkyo the HDMI board failed once a used one could also have died
$300 seems too much ..
