No, I have not listen to any Salk speakers. Perhaps one day.
I have never heard them either. But a couple of expensive models seem to use Aurum Cantus G2 tweeters that I have heard:

In fact, my home theater is composed of speakers that use the Aurum Cantus G2 ribbon tweeter, which is a great tweeter. Mine are in the original U.S. version of the Aurum Cantus
Leisure 2, codesigned by Kellsie Audio & Video Designs as an exclusive for the U.S. market (though Kellsie seems no longer to be in business, and
someone else now imports other models into the U.S.).
Incidentally, Aurum Cantus is a Chinese company. And Mark Levinson's Red Rose speakers were made by Aurum Cantus, which is why I decided to take a chance on a pair of them without hearing them first. I now own them for all channels in my surround system (other than subwoofers). From a visual standpoint, and quality of construction, they are the best speakers I have ever owned. However, my
Apogee Stage speakers sound better (which, they should, given that they retail for more; they also are much more trouble to live with, given their 3 ohm impedance and placement requirements).
Anyway, the treble ought to be great on those models of Salk speakers. I think the treble on my Aurum Cantus speakers is as good as my Apogees, but the midrange and bass are not as good as my Apogees.
