Do Speakers Have Voltage Rating Like 120v And 240v?

Hello. I'm thinking of selling my Wharfedale Diamond 220 and 220c speakers and replace them with something better. I've always wanted to own Klipsch or Polk speakers but unfortunately my local store only sells Wharfedale and Mission brand speakers. I may be able to import Klipsch or Polk speakers from Amazon if a seller is willing to ship to Fiji. My main concern is that do speakers have voltage rating? Fiji has a rating of 240v while America is 120v. I know that products like televisions, soundbars, av receivers and subwoofers have voltage rating but not sure about speakers.
How about Monitor Audio, can you get the there?

You said your local store only carries Wharfedale and Mission....what about other stores not so local but still in Fiji?

I have read about Monitor Audio speakers and I know that they're highly recommended by audiophiles. But unfortunately we don't have any other brands available except for Wharfedale and Mission.

I live in Viti Levu which is the main island in the Fiji group and the only one which is the most advanced. There are no other stores in the smaller islands. Only one store in the entire country that sells home theater speakers.

Given Fiji's proximity to Australia, it's possible that AU's speakers would be cheapest to ship there.

I did think about it at first but unfortunately that's not going to happen. For some reason none of Australia's stores are willing to ship to Fiji. Not even their Amazon. It's really weird considering the fact that an American company like Amazon is willing to ship products from so far away but our neighboring country isn't willing to. Another important thing to consider is the price. Speakers are more expensive in Australia than America. Visit some of their websites and see the cost of some speakers. If I were to buy speakers from Amazon then I might be able to save some money if shipping cost isn't too expensive.

Back from a walk, nice lovinthehd is active in the thread now also, good to get more opinions and information. I know a guy in northern sweden who had the wharfedale 220, he found them a bit too laid back but pleasant. They are probably made that way to be kind to cheaper electronics flaws. I have heard the klipsch you mention wanting and they are small. Yes they have a small horn but they are not like the bigger floorstanders klipsch have a lot of. They will probably sound crisper(which might be too much) and a bit clearer then the wharfedales but they might not fill a room quite as well. They are more expensive then the wharfedales so its to be expected that they sound a little better overall. They would need a lot of help from a sub in a 5.1 setup. I use similar size speakers(dali ikon 1) with a yamaha 350(i think) sub at my computer and listened to quite a lot of different smaller speakers when choosing. More recently what i heard from not much time listening to the small klipsch was nice for the price, but it might be a very good idea to consider wharfedale of a higher quality locally if thats not much more expensive then klipsch from amazon + shipping.

I was originally considering to get the Klipsch R-15M and R-25C speakers as they're a lot more affordable but a lot of people say that the R-25C isn't very good for clear dialogue. Then I looked at the RB-51 bookshelf speakers and they seem to get good reviews. But then the matching center which is the RC-52 ii isn't available on Amazon. I can't afford towers/floor standing speakers as they're above $1,000. That's why I use bookshelf speakers for my fronts and surrounds. They are loud enough to fill my room and cost less. I don't think there are any higher quality Wharfedale home theater speakers. Their newer models pretty much have the same sound. When you listen to them, you can tell that you're not getting every detail. I read about their brand new Elysian and Evo 4 speakers that will be launched later this year but they're certainly going to be expensive. The new Evo bookshelf speakers will surely cost more than $600 or $700 for a pair. Unlike America, our local stores don't reduce the price of their products even after a year or two. I saw a store still selling the Samsung 65" KS9500 edge-lit TV for FJ$11,000. That's a 2016 model and it's 2019 now. Another store is selling the 55" Sony A1E OLED for FJ$10,000. You guys benefit a lot from Black Friday sales. I've seen how much the prices get reduced.
