They don't yet make the dual ultra, but I know I will want it when it does come out. Unfortunately I don't have enough room for the CLR3000 in my tv stand, so that's why I said the CLR2300, and I don't have room for another set of BP8 for side surrounds, or I would have kept the extra pair I had and sold the BP1.2x that are on my walls now.

Yeah, in that case, just keep the current CLR2002 & BP1.2x and get the new Dual Ultra when it comes out. The CLR2300 has 4.5" woofers and the CLR2002 has 5.25" woofers, so I would not go down on woofer sizes.

You are right, I meant to say CLR2500, not 2300. There is someone at my work who is selling a CLR2500, they had to get a 2300 since the 2500 wouldn't fit in their new furniture. I offered a trade for my 2002 and some cash, but they weren't interested. But if I can sell my 2002, I can get a nice used 2500. I just don't have the money right now after getting my new tv.

well I only had a few hundred to put down on the tv, and I sold my modded xbox as well, but I get 18 months 0% financing, and I figured with the tax money and the money I'll get from selling back some pto at work, I should have it paid off in no time. Plus if my friend buys my old tv, I will have it paid off in a few months. But the CLR2500 is going for $500 I think. I hate financing purchases, I would much rather have all the money up front, but I knew I would be able to have it paid off real soon, plus I didn't want to let the good deal pass me by. Amazon had it for $2500 shipped, with 0% for 18 months, if I used their card, so I took advantage.

I think a lot of us have done that 18-month Zero Percent thing a few times.

I did it with my 62" MIT & my DefTech speakers. Just cannot wait. I actually had enough money all up front for my DefTechs & TV, but I would rather earn 5% interest myself. So I just ride the 18 month while earning a little 5% interest.

I mean 5% of $10,000 = $500 in one year! That's enough for a new BD player!
