Diamond 10.2

Recieved a pair of Wharfedale Diamond 10.2's today. I bought these from Music Direct as demo models and got them hooked up and was disappointed to hear a rattle from one of the drivers. Here's to hoping the issue gets resolved in a timely manner. First experience with both companies but I've heard good things about both.

Update: Contacted Music Direct and they offered to replace them with no cost to me to return . After providing FedEx tracking number they had replacements at my door in two days. Customer service is alive and well at Music Direct. Very happy with the replacements.
