so i have everything in my system working good except one, can't figure this one out. i have a denon AVR-4311CI and an oppo BDP-80. i have a HDMI out from the oppo for playing blu-ray. i have also added a 5.1 rca out from the oppo into the 5.1 rca in on the denon. i would like to use this 5.1 rca to play dvd-a's, sacd's, etc. i have selected an unused source input in the denon GUI (vid. aux. in this case, which i have renamed 5.1music) but i have no option for selecting the analogue 5.1 inputs in the setup. before anyone asks "why don't you just use the HDMI" it's because when listening to music i would like to be able to select a different video source (i usually watch sports with music playing instead of the boring play by play guys). and i don't want to use an optical or coax source for 5.1 music as it places severe limitiations on audio playback. any one got a solution for this?

The HDMI input takes precedent over the others if the CD player is set to Dolby DTS/DTSII. If you want to use the analog in, you need to set the BD player to PCM audio.

This setting is used for each source input- it's not a global setting for everything.
