Dual SW-112's. They don't cut it.

I'm considering the SVS PB12-PLUS, but I'm scared to pull the trigger. Haven't heard enough info to make a decision.
I've had my new black oak PB12-plus for about 5 days now. I estimate my room at just over 3400cu.ft. I am running it in 20hz tune and it is very impressive. In the last 3 months I've tried the Axiom EP350, EP500 and the new PB12NSD. The NSD was super for home theater but the PB12-Plus is just next level. Everything about it exudes quality and the performance with either music or movies is just superb. When you see it and get to really inspect it and see how it's built, you are like...wow! It's one of the most well crafted things I own.

Lots of love for SVS & others here...

I did a Dayton titanic 15 kit in my parent's great room. It is a very nice sub. Being sealed it will not go super low but has plenty of usable output to the mid 20's in 4,600 ft^3 to the point where it can still be obnoxious.

I have owned an SVS PB-12 Ultra 2 and the Dayton kit gives up very little in regards to anything but extension below the mid 20's.

I would not discredit this kit in any way without first hand use.
