Congress wasting more billions

Economies aren't strengthened by engaging in war. They're strengthened by financing the war. That's why the US pulled out of depression thanks to WW2. Every country was in debt to us, so not only were we manufacturing the war machines, we were giving financing to other countries to buy them from us.

Who's financing our war?

Need to add Supreme Court justices to that as well... which of course won't happen because they think they are more powerful than the other branches and would overturn any attempt to do so as unconstitutional... You'd literally have to change the constitution.
