Since I have given numerous talks on UFOs, I'll throw in my two cents as well. Concerning the single picture with a "UFO" in the frame: Note the focus on everything in the picture from the relatively nearby trees and ground vegetation to the distant mountains -- all are in sharp focus. Yet the "UFO" is out of focus. This is an indication that this object is very near the lens and is likely just dust or a speck of dirt on the camera lens (or at least close to it).
In terms of the movie of the first post, I get the feeling that somebody was trying to pull a hoax. The were some frames near the end of the movie where the cameraman (or woman) is zooming the lens from telephoto to wide angle giving the appearance of the 3 point objects (arranged in a triangular shape) moving rapidly on the sky with respect to each other. You will note that the orientation of these 3 point objects keep their same angles with respect to each other as the zoom changes and as the holder shakes the camera while shooting. From the orientation of these point objects with respect to the overexposed image of the Moon, I would guess that these three objects are simply stars that lie close to the ecliptic (the line on the sky which the Sun follows over the year, i.e., the projection of the Earth's orbit on the sky), though it's tough to say without knowing the approximate angular field of view of the lens. From the orientation of these 3 stars, it looks a bit like the "hindquarters" of Leo the lion. There is another scene which looks very similar to the triangle of stars scene where the center star is moving with respect to the outside stars. From paying close attention to the movements of the camera, these 3 "stars" are not the same as the triangular set of stars whose orientation with respect to each other don't change. I suspect this center moving "star" is likely a bright satellite (perhaps the Shuttle or the Space Station).
Most people are unaware of what's in the night sky. This often leads to UFO sitings when they notice something in the sky that they have not noticed in the past. The planets Venus and Jupiter, and the brightest star in the night sky, Sirius, are often reported as UFOs.
Sorry if I burst anyone's bubble.
