What? Didn't the media prove all those things? It's just the way the law works. You have to prove there was a murder before you start looking for a murderer.
They have to prove how she died, they couldn't
Then prove it was murder, they couldn't
Then prove who the murderer is....
I thought the prosecution proved all those things in court especially in their closing arguments tying it all together with her behaviour, motive and why she was lying to police, "the 31 days", that it was murder, who murdered her. What bugs me is because of her lying to police gave time for the body to decompose to nothing just leaving skeletal remains which helped the defense a lot it seems. What? Didn't the media prove all those things?

Never expect the media to have any amount of self-control.
Sorry but putting duct tape on a kids mouth, driving around with the dead body in a car for nearly a month while partying and whoring as the body decomposed and then burying her corpse near her parents house are not the actions of an "accident" or "panic". Waiting 31 days to file a missing child report is beyond neglect or abuse. The defense lawyer did a great job using smoke and mirror tactics to shift the focus of these heinous acts. The Prosecution team was incompetent. The media coverage only served further to break down the process of true justice being served for the only person that mattered in this case, the innocent dead child whose body was treated with less respect than last weeks trash. The simple fact is nobody knows the real facts and people want her convicted and killed or locked up forever because a beautiful little girl died way too early. Casey's behavior was definitely odd and the 31 days thing is the one thing that bothers me because I don't know any woman that would wait more than an hour at most before calling 911 if their child was missing, but...
It is possible that she did not kill her child! In fact, I don't think she did intentionally kill her child. Whether she died accidentally in the pool or via some other accident we'll likely never know and we'll also never know for sure who put the body in bags and left her in the woods. Note that the judge can prohibit her from ever profitting from her story.
I also don't believe that her strange behavior can be attributed to alleged sexual abuse by her father. She just couldn't handle the death of her child and like a little kid she tried to cover it up and lie her way out of it hoping it would go away, which of course was the wrong decision. She was probably very scared and thought the authorities would twist everything and draw inferences from nothing - and that is exactly what they did.
Sorry but you don't know nor can you prove any of those things. You have a gut feel that it could only have been the mother and want to see her punished for it.Sorry but putting duct tape on a kids mouth, driving around with the dead body in a car for nearly a month while partying and whoring as the body decomposed and then burying her corpse near her parents house are not the actions of an "accident" or "panic".
