Icy roads and someone decides to back up again on the junction cause presumably they missed their turn. I ended up taking the exit cause wow there's no shoulder in the right lane. Thankfully I had 30-40 yds to spare to make a decision. I still think this is totally bonkers and its just never occurred to me to stop. Unreal.
