Maybe you're talking about slightly used? The stuff like 2K price range was high.
Yes. I mean something with a few thousand miles, and a couple years old.

Sorry, don’t get what you mean.

Really cheap old poop LOL. I owned a 98 Ranger recently.
Edit: yeah even that market saw a big jump in price.

TFLclassics- been watching these videos. They find older vehicles that are not classic etc but like here a '93 Park Ave with 140K on it for $1200 vs the Mercedes the other guy bought for $12K. I can't tell if they really buy them but fun to go down the nostalgia road.

Per Toyota Forum--
'88 Camry 514K.
Ask what is the best Toyota engine and get many different answers. Best to ask a mechanic. It's kinda a loaded question as you have to wait 20 years for an accurate answer. Probably just about any brand of car can last a long time if given regular maintenance. Seems to me the engine is the last thing to go but everything else might.

As far as I'm concerned the best Toyota engine was the 20R and the 4M-E. I had a 1979 Celica Supra with a 4M-E engine and put 360K miles on it and never ever had the heads off, keep the fuel injection serviced and clean. All I did was change the oil, plugs, keep the belts serviced, values adjusted, clutch, brake pads, the normal service requirements. It was my to and from work car and reliable. . truthful, my mechanic bought it for his son.
