Show me where I'm wrong. Using "a few Maga nuts who want to shoot Harris'- yeah, that's gonna be a big number. There are always idiots who want to shoot someone but they're just imagining it. If their imagination overlaps into real life, they're not sane. If you would pay attention, you haven't seen me support Maga ot Trump but facts are facts- your opinion isn't fact and WRT "doesn't require a stat"? That's total BS- if you want to make a point, you'll need to back it up with, wait for it, DATA! Otherwise, you're just tossing words out and trying to make people believe it.
The first step in solving a problem is identifying it.
BTW- according to the link, Harris initially revealed that she owned a gun in 2019, but not when she bought it. She wouldn't have been seen as a threat at that time because she had no chance of winning, and if she wants to get rid of weapons that have been used for mass shootings, she could have chosen a different brand- Glocks were used in the "shootings including the murders at
Virginia Tech in 2007, at a
Sikh temple in Wisconsin in 2012, and at the
Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston in 2015, according to a
May 2022 report from the Violence Policy Center." (from the same link)
In a “60 Minutes” interview this week, the vice president shared the kind of gun she owns. Its associations with law enforcement and pop culture make it a potent symbol.
