Can someone help me?

Hi,

My boyfriend and I have just purchased a Panasonic Home Theater System. We are pretty sure we set it up right. But the dvd player isn't working correctly. It will play for about 15 minutes then jump back to the start screen. Can someone help me with this?

Does it do it with multiple discs or just one?

Try another dvd, or clean the disc like you clean your sunglasses.

It's a 5 disc changer. I have tried multiple dics and it still does not work.

will it play a CD all the way through or does it just have the problem with DVD's ? two quick things to look for.. is the player getting too warm or is it getting some vibration ?

It's working now. I don't know what I did differently, but it's working. Thanks to all of you who tried to help me.
