Just out of curiosity, if someone decided to remove the passive xover network and biamp a speaker, how could one determine the necessary configuration? Obviously, passive xovers do much more than just split the frequenciy bands up, like baffle step compensation, etc. Is it possible to determine the appropriate settings by looking at the passive xover Network or is it much more complicated than that?
