Cambridge 540r V2 hook up headache!!

Hello guys...This has been my problem for the last 2 hours. I hooked up my digital cable box component cables to the video1 in component connections on my receiver and the receiver component out to my tv, but I am still unable to get any pictures on my screen. Even when I go into the TV and assign which component connections are being used. There is sound though. Also the Cambridge instructions says to hook up a composite cable from the receiver to the TV to access the OSD...and no luck over here. Am I missing anything?? Any help would be great.

Make sure you didnt mix up the colors. Also, Make sure that your cables are good. You wont get picture if the green doesnt work so check there first. Also i dont know about the cambridge but on most recievers you need to assign what component inputs match to a specific input (dvd, vcr, tv etc)
