I'm pretty sure the 4s has a flash. Are you sure you don't have that turned off for all your pictures?

Yeah it's auto on the 4s you can't actully turn it off or on

if you have the latest operating system you should be able to. Not sure if you haven't updated it you'll be able to.

I havnt updated yet I will eventually but the iPhone flash isn't that good any way, that's why I got some spot lights out of the work trailor
