All right you guys, I'm jealous. I knew I wanted Opus speakers for at least a year now but can't quite afford them. The more I hear about them the more I think the real question is can I afford not to have them?
I tried to buy some on ebay a while back. They were model 1 but the price was working and the world seemed a bit brighter but I got sniped with 3 seconds to go. The guy upped the price by $100. What's up with that?
Well, thanks for that review Kirk. Did you get the white gloves included?
Oh yes got the gloves and all the different gold spiked feet to go along with them, they are in brand new cond. not even 1 small scratch anywhere. I will try to get some pics on later today when i have more time.

They are beautiful, Kirk!! Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!

It doesn't appear that you have the space, but they usually sound best at .....7 and a half ....to ..... 8 and a half feet apart.

Of course it will depend on your room. But that seems to be the sweet placement in the two houses I have lived in, with the Opus 2.

I wish i had more room than, mine are only 5 ft apart but they do sound good though. My living room is very limited on where i can put my system but this is better than the last place that i had it.

Thank you for the pointer though.
