If this constitutes a "crisis" we have a real problem with perspective in America today... lol.

Well it wasnt a crisis till now...Lol
SO... ive been trying to get a hold of someone from "Erickson Consumer" the company that JBL is with in Canada for the past 3-4 days. They are the ONLY people who can help me with parts or warranty but too bad they are some stupid crappy company with really horrible....no wait...change that to unbelievably, horrifically inferior customer service. It is seriously the WORST service i have ever came across in my life for the following reasons.
1. You have to call them 500 times to get a hold of someone.
2. The someone you do get a hold of finally speaks french and not english??
3. All of the menu's and self serve stuff if is in french and you have to wait an hour for the stupid machine to shut its pie-hole so you can finally hear the english message.
4. SO then, you get a hold of someone that speaks english but they forward you to someone else because apparently they cant help you.
5. The person that you get forwarded to doesnt speak english properly so we are back to step 2.
6. They forward you to someone else that does speak english but they tell you to go take it to a stereo repair shop (WTF, im under warranty moron gimme the part)
7. The guy finally understands that you need a part, not the number to some corner stereo repair shop so he forwards you to the parts department.
8. Back to step 2 AGAIN and the french guy transfers you to the english part dude and HE doesn't pick up his phone.
9. You leave a message saying to call you back, then you storm off and throw the phone at the wall and rip out your hair.
10. Right when you are in the bathroom, they phone back and leave you a message, when you go to check it, its some guy who obviously got his voice box taken out or he was dropped on the head as a child because he sounds like he is drunk and high at the same time and you cant make out a single WORD of what he is saying.
11. You call again and deal with step 1,2 and 3 again, then things go a bit better and you get forwarded to the right guy quicker than last time but oh wait, he is too busy painting his toenails red so he doesnt pick up the damn phone!!!!
12. You call the U.S number back to complain but they don't care cuz ur canadian so "they cant help you"
I am seriously going to have a stroke but GOD did typing that all out make me feel better, at least its out of my system....
I expected a bit better service than this.
